Exchange & Return Policy

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEMS?

All products purchased from Hive can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase only if;

 

  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased.
  • You must notify us within 3 days of delivery by writing to team@hiveofficial.co or  in case you want to raise a dispute. At Hive, we look at each dispute on a case-by-case basis and tries to be fair to both parties.
  • Replacement will be sent in case a defected/faulty/damaged item is shipped. You will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item at team@hiveofficial.co, within 4 days of purchase before any claims can be processed.
  • There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:
  • Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
  • The product is damaged because of use.
  • The product has tampered.
  • Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.
  • Fragrances and undergarments can only be exchanged if delivered damaged.
  • Exchanges during sale are only applicable for the same item purchased. If the originally ordered product is out of stock, the exchange cannot be processed.

Hive does not offer “refund” or “money back guarantee” on purchased items.

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEMS AT HIVE?

Deliver the package to our warehouse using any courier service most convenient for you. As soon as we receive the package , we will process your exchange request. A delivery fee of 250 (PKR) will be collected as cash on delivery (COD) for the exchange products

What if there is a problem with my order?

How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?

Orders usually go out within 2-3 business days. Orders are delivered between 1-5 business days after dispatching, depending on the location.

How will I know that my order shipped?

As soon as your order ships, we will send an email confirming the shipment. This email will provide you the tracking information for your package. If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact customer service at team@hiveofficial.co and someone from our customer support team will assist you.

Our products are manufactured locally Using Premium Fabric and techniques. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
